Collector's Cards
Collector's Cards is a family-run business owned by Robert Smith and Robin Radlein. We have been dealing in Non-Sports cards since 1991. In the time we have been in business, we have accumulated over nine hundred different card sets, thousands of premium cards and over a quarter million singles, as well as an impressive personal collection. Many of these sets and chase cards have not yet been added to the store, although we continue to add both very new and relatively old items to our store as quickly as we can. Because of our obsessions with collecting, we understand the importance of condition and the joy of finding that one last card to finish your set. We are also happy to help other collectors even if all they need is information.
Both of us have fulltime jobs - Robin is the Hydrologist-in-Charge of the Alaska-Pacific River Forecast Center of the National Weather Service and Bob is a stock trader. Robin's 80-year old mother, Ruth, will sometimes help with the e-mail, order assembly, and packing. Most of the sets that we sell are hand-collated by Robin or Bob, and we are actually a NAFTA-registered "manufacturer" of collated card sets (a long story...). If you have missing or damaged cards in a set you buy from us, we will either replace the cards or allow a return of the set at our expense if we have no replacement.
The remainder of our household is a tribe of 3 family cats and a pack of 15 whippets, with a token Pomeranian. On rare occasions they will try to help us package orders, although we do our best to convince them not to help! Our hope in doing business with you is that you will leave the transaction happy with your purchase and eager to deal with us again. Let us know what we can do to make that so.
